As our Head of Product Design, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences that redefine how finance and accounting team work. You’ll set the vision and scale our design systems and user journeys from the ground up, move quickly, and see features go end-to-end multiple times each week.

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

• Own the end-to-end design vision and execution across the DualEntry platform, from web to mobile
• Lead and grow the design function, setting a high bar for craft, UX, and product quality
• Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
• Build and evolve a scalable, component-based design system in Figma
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and founders to shape product direction and ship quickly
• Bring user insights into product decisions through research, testing, and customer feedback
• Define how design operates at DualEntry — team structure, processes, standards, and ways of working
• Continuously improve how we design, prototype, and ship

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end with at least 2+ years' operating at a senior or leadership level
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions
• Bonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

• Andy, Head of Product - under his leadership the team increased the customer win rate by focusing on the SaaS vertical, shipped the first comprehensive ERP documentation website, focused in on quality as our number one feature, and much more. Andy kicked off DualEntry's Ctrl+AI series, helping accounting professionals learn about in-production AI-native workflows.
• Bram Founding Product Designer, designed DualEntry's AI agent end to end and built the core of the product's design system.
• Sudarshan went from new hire to presenting design direction to the entire company within 2 weeks of joining.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $80,000 - $100,000
• Base salary: $180,000 - $275,000
