DualEntry raises a $8M pre-seed round
Half-way through the year we raise $8M in pre-seed funding to start development of the DualEntry ERP. Contrary, who previously backed DoorDash, Anduril, Ramp and Zepto leads the round.
DualEntry v1 is built
The first version of DualEntry exists. It's still a fraction of what it'll grow to become.
We go live with customers
Real controllers, real ledgers, real month-ends. Teams that had spent years wrestling their ERP start closing books in a fraction of the time.
Product-market fit finds us
We spend our first year in a sprint to keep up with demand. Finance teams aren't looking for another bolt-on, they want the system of record to be intelligent.
DualEntry raises a $90M series A
A year after our pre-seed, we partner with investors who saw AI coming before most: Khosla, the first institutional check into OpenAI. Lightspeed, one of the largest backers of Anthropic. And Google Ventures.
The build continues
