Eligibility This Offer is available to new DualEntry customers who are currently under an active, long-term ERP subscription contract with another provider and wish to terminate or exit that contract.
Qualification & Approval Participation in the ERP Rescue Fund is subject to review and approval by DualEntry in its sole discretion. Each application will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and DualEntry reserves the right to approve or decline any request for any reason.
Required Agreement To qualify for the Offer, the customer must execute a mutually agreed, two-way order form with DualEntry, along with any other required contractual documentation, before any funds are issued or credits applied.
Covered Amount The Offer applies only to the remaining subscription fees owed under the customer’s existing ERP contract. DualEntry may, at its discretion, cover all or a portion of the remaining balance. Taxes, penalties, professional services, implementation fees, or other non-subscription costs are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.
Method of Payment Any approved rescue amount may be issued as a credit, reimbursement, or other form determined by DualEntry. Proof of the existing ERP contract and remaining balance may be required prior to issuance.
Non-Transferability This Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value except as expressly provided by DualEntry, and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly approved in writing.
Timing & Availability The ERP Rescue Fund is offered for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or terminated by DualEntry at any time without prior notice.
General By participating in this Offer, customers agree to be bound by DualEntry’s standard terms of service and any additional agreements executed between the parties. DualEntry reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
