As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead features across the product end-to-end with design and engineering.
This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.
📍 Location: New York City HQ (EST)
Where you'll create impact
- Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for 5+ features in parallel
- Translate complex accounting workflows into actionable and simple requirements
- Collaborate daily with engineering and design
- Define and manage the roadmap and product strategy
- Ensure product reliability, accuracy, and usability
- Align with product marketing, GTM, and sales (2-way)
- Contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship fast
What sets you up for success
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- 3+ years of accounting experience working in accounting teams or audit
- Experience with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software
- Clear, direct communicator
- Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple work streams
- Excited to work in the office with an ambitious, fast-moving team
- Technical experience (CS, engineering) is a bonus
- CPA certification is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: $50,000 - $75,000
- Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000
- 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
