As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead features across the product end-to-end with design and engineering.

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for 5+ features in parallel
  • Translate complex accounting workflows into actionable and simple requirements
  • Collaborate daily with engineering and design
  • Define and manage the roadmap and product strategy
  • Ensure product reliability, accuracy, and usability
  • Align with product marketing, GTM, and sales (2-way)
  • Contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship fast

What sets you up for success

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 3+ years of accounting experience working in accounting teams or audit
  • Experience with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software
  • Clear, direct communicator
  • Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple work streams
  • Excited to work in the office with an ambitious, fast-moving team
  • Technical experience (CS, engineering) is a bonus
  • CPA certification is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity: $50,000 - $75,000
  • Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000
